I am a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, with a minor in social psychology.
My research program revolves around two main questions: why do employees perceive similar leader behaviors and workplace contexts differently, and what are the consequences of these dissimilar interpretations? To explore these questions, my research focuses on three main areas: (1) the contradictory influences of leader behaviors on followers, (2) employees’ well-being and performance, and (3) cognitive flexibility and creativity.
Before starting my academic career, I worked for three years in the HR management team at LG Chem, where I worked on projects aimed at improving employee retention and working conditions.
